What does selling with Viventa cost?
We offer three transparent packages: VIVENTA Contract (CHF 4,990), VIVENTA Marketing (CHF 9,900) and VIVENTA Signature (standard sales commission). You only pay for the scope you actually need.
Is the initial valuation really free?
Yes. The initial assessment is free, non-binding and confidential. A personal on-site valuation follows on request.
How long does a property sale take?
That depends on the property, location and pricing strategy. Thanks to professional marketing and a curated buyer network, we often sell faster than the market average.
Do you also sell discreetly and off-market?
Yes. On request we market your property discreetly and away from the big portals — ideal if privacy matters to you.
Which region do you cover?
We operate primarily in German-speaking Switzerland, but are also happy to take on properties in French- and Italian-speaking cantons. Just ask us about properties elsewhere.
What do I need for a valuation?
For the initial assessment, a few key figures are enough (type, area, rooms, year built, condition). For a detailed valuation, floor plans and documents are helpful.
How does the referral programme work?
Refer someone who wants to sell. Once a sales mandate is signed, you receive CHF 750 as a thank-you.
