General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Viventa Immobilien – a brand of Arigoni GmbH
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter «GTC») apply to all services in the areas of real-estate brokerage, real-estate marketing and property valuation, as well as to all related services. The services are provided under the Viventa Immobilien brand; the contracting party is Arigoni GmbH.
By using the services, the client (hereinafter «Client») accepts the validity of these GTC.

The brand Viventa Immobilien is a registered trademark of Arigoni GmbH.
3. Services
Viventa Immobilien provides in particular the following services:
- Brokerage of properties (sale and rental)
- Marketing of properties
- Preparation of sales documentation
- Organisation and conduct of viewings
- Property valuations
- Support with contract processing
The specific scope of services results from the respective individual agreement or the chosen service package.
4. Placing of the mandate
A brokerage mandate can be granted in writing, in electronic form or verbally. By granting the mandate, the Client confirms that they are entitled to sell or rent the property in question or to commission the corresponding brokerage services.
5. Commission / Fee
The amount of the commission or agreed fee is based on the respective individual agreement or the chosen Viventa package.
6. Liability
Viventa Immobilien undertakes to provide the services carefully and professionally. To the extent permitted by law, all liability is excluded for:
- the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Client,
- economic developments of the real-estate market,
- decisions of prospective buyers.
7. Property valuation
Property valuations serve exclusively as a non-binding estimate of the market value. They do not constitute an assurance or guarantee of an actually achievable sale price.
8. Confidentiality
All information received in the course of the cooperation is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the proper execution of the mandate.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations of Switzerland. The data is used exclusively to provide the services and to communicate with clients and prospective customers.
10. Contract duration and termination
A brokerage mandate can be terminated in writing at any time in accordance with the individually agreed arrangements.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Arigoni GmbH.
